Hump Island er ei øy like aust for East Arm ved Horseshoe Harbour i Holmevika i Mac. Robertson Land i Antarktis. Ho vart kartlagd av norske kartografar frå flyfoto teken under Lars Christensen-ekspedisjonen, 1936–37, fotografert på ny av U.S. Navy Operation Highjump, 1946–47, og ho fekk dette namnet av Australian National Antarctic Research Expeditions på grunn av forma på øya sett frå bakken.[1]
