Krogh Island er ei øy som er kring 5 nautiske mil (9 km) lang vest for sørdelen av Lavoisier Island i Biscoe Islands. Ho vart kartlagd frå flyfoto teken av Falkland Islands and Dependencies Aerial Survey Expedition (FIDASE) (1956–57) og namngjeven av United Kingdom Antarctic Place-Names Committee (UK-APC) etter August Krogh (1874–1949), ein dansk fysiolog som spesialiserte seg på kapilærårer og stoffskiftet til menneske i kalde klima.
