Manciple Island er ei øy som ligg mellom Reeve og Host Islands i Wauwermans Islands i Wilhelm Archipelago. Ho er med på eit argentinsk kart frå 1952. Ho vart namngjeven av United Kingdom Antarctic Place-Names Committee (UK-APC) i 1958 etter ein av karakterane i Geoffrey Chaucer-romanen Canterbury Tales.
