Molecule Island er den austlegaste av Bragg Islands, som ligg i Crystal Sound 7,5 nautiske mil (14 km) nord for Cape Rey i Graham Land. Ho vart kartlagd frå landmålingar av Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey (FIDS) (1958–59). Namnet kjem frå tilknytinga til Atom Rock som ligg i same gruppa.
