Mount Holdsworth er eit granitt fjell, 2360 moh i austlege delen av Monteath Hills i Victory Mountains i Victoria Land i Antarktis. Det vart namngjeve av New Zealand Federated Mountain Clubs Antarctic Expedition, 1962–63, etter Gerald Holdsworth, leiaren for det nordlege laget til denne ekspedisjonen.[1]
