Moureaux Islands er to øyar og nokre skjer som ligg 4 km vest-nordvest for Pelletan Point i Flandres Bay, utanfor vestkysten av Graham Land. Ho vart først kartlagd og namngjeven av medlemmar av Belgica-ekspedisjonen under Gerlache, som gjekk i land på ei av øyane i februar 1898.
