Pebbly Mudstone Island er ei lita øy i søraust i Duroch Islands. Ho ligg 0,3 nautiske mil (0,6 km) sørvest for Halpern Point på Trinityhalvøya. Han vart namngjeven av Martin Halpern, leiaren for geologane frå University of Wisconsin (USARP) som kartla området, 1961-62. Eit stort frambrot av småsteinete leirstein (pebbly mudstone på engelsk) vart funnen på øya og har gjeve verdifull informasjon om den geologiske historia til regionen.
