Powell Channel er eit smalt sund mellom Millerand Island og Debenham Islands, utanfor vestkysten av Graham Land. Det vart namngjeve av United Kingdom Antarctic Place-Names Committee (UK-APC) etter løytnant John M. Powell i Royal Navy, som kartla sundet i 1972.
