Watchtower Hill er ein liten, spiss ås på søraustsida av Pinnacle Gap i Mesa Range i Victoria Land. Det fekk dette namnet av den nordlege geolog-gruppa frå New Zealand Geological Survey Antarctic Expedition (NZGSAE), 1962–63, fordi åsen er eit godt «utkikkstårn» (watchtower på engelsk) til innløpet til Pinnacle Gap.
