Crescent Stream er ei glacial elv av smeltevatn, 2,6 nautiske mil lang og som flyt nord frå Crescentbreen i sør-central shore of Lake Fryxell i Taylor Valley i Victoria Land. Han vart namngjeven i samband med Crescentbreen. Namnet vart foreslått av US Geological Survey hydrologen Diane McKnight og was approved av Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names og New Zealand Geographic Board i 1994.[1]
