Guyou Islands er ei lita øygruppe som ligg 3 km nordaust for Sonia Point i Flandres Bay, utanfor vestkysten av Graham Land i Antarktis. Dei vart først kartlagde av Belgica-ekspedisjonen under Gerlache (1897–99), og kalla opp etter Emile Guyou (1843–1915), ein fransk matematikar.[1]
