Ingeborg Breines (fødd 14. august 1945) er ein norsk fredspedagog. Ho er seniorrådgjevar for World Summit of Nobel Peace Laureates. Ho var direktør for Women and a Culture of Peace i UNESCO, og frå 2009 til 2016 var ho president i Det internasjonale fredsbyrået.[1][2][3][4]

Breines er cand.philol frå Universitetet i Oslo. Ho har utdanning i filosofi, fransk litteratur, idéhistorie og kunsthistorie ved Universitetet i Oslo og Université de Nantes.[1]
Den internasjonale mannsdagen[endre | endre wikiteksten]
Breines var ein av pådrivarane for etableringa av Den internasjonale mannsdagen mens ho tenestegjorde i UNESCO.[5][6][7][8]
