Mount Griffith er eit 3095 moh. høgt fjell som ligg 4 nautiske mil nord-nordaust for Mount Vaughan i Hays Mountains i Dronning Maudfjella i Antarktis. Det vart oppdaga og grovt kartlagt i desember 1929 av geolog-gruppa frå Byrd-ekspedisjonen (ByrdAE) under Laurence Gould. Det vart kartlagd på ny i desember 1934 av geolog-gruppa frå ByrdAE under Quin Blackburn, og vart namngjeve av Richard E. Byrd etter Raymond Griffith frå Twentieth Century-Fox Pictures. Han assisterte i å samle saman filmopptaka gjort under ekspedisjonen.[1]
