Mount Holmboe er eit fjell, 1730 moh, som står 1 nautisk mil nord for Mount Liavaag og 7 nautiske mil nordvest for Mount Weems nær nordenden av Sentinel Range i Ellsworth Mountains i Antarktis. Det vart oppdaga av Lincoln Ellsworth på den transantarktiske flyturen hans den 23. november 1935, og vart namngjeven av Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names etter dr. Jørgen Holmboe, ein meteorolog under Ellsworth-ekspedisjonen i 1933–34.[1]
