Sphinx Island er ei øy som ligg i innløpet til Barilari Bay langs vestkysten av Graham Land. Ho har ein berr, steinete topp med vertikale veggar på alle fire sidene. Ho vart oppdaga og namngjeven av British Graham Land Expedition (BGLE), 1934–37, under Rymill.
