Tot Island er ei lita øy som ligg like nord for nordaustenden av Lahille Island, utanfor vestkysten av Graham Land. Ho vart først kartlagd av British Graham Land Expedition (BGLE) under Rymill, 1934-37. Ho fekk dette namnet av United Kingdom Antarctic Place-Names Committee (UK-APC) i 1959 fordi øya er særs lita. Tot tyder «pjokk» eller liknande på engelsk.
