Andresen Island, òg kjend som Isla Curanilahue, er ei øy som ligg midt i innløpet til Lallemand Fjord, utanfor vestkysten av Graham Land. Ho vart oppdaga av Den franske antarktisekspedisjonen, 1908–10, under Jean-Baptiste Charcot, og vart namngjeven av han etter leiaren i Magellan Whaling Co ved basen til kompaniet i Deception Island, som gav ekspedisjonen kol.[1]
