DuBois Island er ei av Biscoe Islands, som ligg 1 nautisk mil (2 km) vest for Krogh Island nær sørenden av øyane. Ho vart kartlagd frå flyfoto under Falkland Islands and Dependencies Aerial Survey Expedition (1956–57), og vart namngjeven av UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee etter Eugene F. DuBois, ein amerikanske fysiolog som speisaliserte seg på målingar av stoffskiftet og kroppstemperatur hos mennesket.[1]
