Elliott Passage er eit sund som går frå nordaust til sørvest mellom søraustkysten av Adelaide Island og Jenny Island. Det vart namngjeve av UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee i 1984 etter kaptein Christopher R. Elliott, som var kaptein på «John Biscoe» frå 1975.[1]
