Gorev Island er ei lita øy som ligg mellom Buromskiy Island og Poryadin Island i Haswell Islands i Antarktis. Ho vart oppdaga og kartlagd av Australasian Antarctic Expedition under Mawson, 1911–14. Ho vart kartlagd på ny av den sovjetiske ekspedisjonen i 1956, og vart namngjeven av dei etter Demetri Gorev, eit medlem av Terra Nova-ekspedisjonen, under Robert Falcon Scott.[1]
