Grinder Island er ei av dei isdekt øyane i Marshall Archipelago, som ligg i Sulzberger isbrem utanfor kysten av Marie Byrd Land i Antarktis. Øya er 7 nautiske mil lang og 1 nautisk mil brei og ligg 13 nautiske mil sørvest for Steventon Island. Ho vart kartlagd av US Geological Survey frå landmålingar og flyfoto tekne av U.S. Navy, 1959–65, og vart namngjeven av Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names etter Harry W. Grinder i U.S. Navy som var flymekanikar på McMurdo Station i 1967.[1]
