Marcia Muller (fødd 28. september 1944) er ein amerikansk forfattar av romanar innanfor krimsjangrane mystikk og thrillerar.

Muller blei fødd i Detroit i Michigan og voks opp i Birmingham. Ho gjekk ut frå University of Michigan med ein grad i engelsk, og arbeidde som journalist for tidsskriftet Sunset.

Muller har skrive ei lang rekke romanar med den kvinnelege privatdetektiven Sharon McCone. Boka hennar Vanishing Point vann Shamus-prisen som beste detektivroman. Muller var blitt nominert for denne prisen fire gongar tidlegare. I 2005 blei ho tildelt ei utmerking frå forfattarlauget Mystery Writers of America. Tidlegare mottakarar av utmerkinga er mellom anna Alfred Hitchcock (1973) og Agatha Christie (1955).

Muller er gift med krimforfatteren Bill Pronzini, som ho har samarbeidd med om fleire romanar. I 1987 vann Muller Macavity-prisen saman med ektemannen. I 1994 blei ho tildelt ein Anthony-pris for romanen Wolf in the Shadows.
