Mount Ege er eit fjell, 1350 moh, mellom Berquist Ridge og Drury Ridge i Neptune Range i Pensacolafjella. Det vart kartlagd av US Geological Survey frå landmålingar og frå flyfoto tekne i U.S. Navy, 1956–66, og vart namngjeven av Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names etter John R. Ege, ein geolog med gruppa i Neptune Range i 1963–64.[1]
