Splinter Crag er ei klieforma klippe omgjeve av bratte klipperveggar i nord og vest, og ei slakare heling i sør. Klippa utgjer den nordlege toppen av Vindication Island i Sør-Sandwichøyane. Namnet vart gjeve av United Kingdom Antarctic Place-Names Committee (UK-APC) i 1971 etter den pyramideforma topografien i nærleiken.
