Diskografien til Steppenwolf, eit amerikansk hardrockband, består av 13 studioalbum, 14 samlealbum, 5 konsertalbum, 41 singlar og tre musikkvideoar. Bandet vart danna i 1967 etter at nokre av medlemmene i The Sparrows vart splitta.[1] Gruppa bestod mellom anna av John Kay, Michael Monarch, Goldy McJohn, Rushton Moreve og Jerry Edmonton. Deira første album, Steppenwolf, vart gitt ut i 1968, som selde godt og nådde sjetteplassen på Billboard.[2] Same år covra Steppenwolf «The Pusher» (tidlegare gjeve ut av Hoyt Axton).[3] Låten vart seinare brukt i filmen Easy Rider.[4] Den mest suksessfulle singelen til albumet var «Born to Be Wild», som nådde andreplassen på Billboard.[5] Singelen frå det andre albumet deira var «Magic Carpet Ride» som nådde tredjeplassen på Billboard.[6]

Det tredje albumet til bandet, At Your Birthday Party', nådde sjuandeplassen på Billboard.[7] Singelen til albumet «Rock Me» nådde nummer 10 på Billboard; ingen singel nådde så høgt i USA etter det, sjølv om dei heldt fram med å gjera det bra på den kanadiske singellista.[8] Steppenwolf gav ut tre album til fram til 1972 som ikkje hadde nokon kommersiell suksess og til slutt førte til oppløysinga til bandet.[9] Bandet oppstod på ny i 1974 med ei ny besetning, inkludert John Kay, Jerry Edmonton, Goldy McJohn, George Biondo og Bobby Cochran.[10] Steppenwolf gav ut tre album i denne perioden, og det mest vellykka var «Slow Flux».[2] Etter tre album vart Steppenwolf oppløyst i 1976.[11] Gruppa vart danna på nytt i 1980 og vart oppløyst for siste gong i 2018. Steppenwolf sitt siste studioalbum var Rise & Shine, gitt ut i 1990.[12]
