Billie Rocks er ei gruppe skjer 200 meter nordaust for Drying Point, som ligg i Borge Bay langs austsida av Signy Island i Sør-Orknøyane. Namnet «Billie Rock», for det austlegaste skjeret i gruppa, var nedskrive på eit kart basert på ei skisse frå 1927 over Borge Bay av eit lag frå Discovery Investigations on RRS «Discovery». Namnet har sidan vorte nytta om heile gruppa.[1]
