Dodman Island er ei øy 3,5 nautiske mil lang og som ligg 4 nautiske mil søraust for Rabot Island og 10 nautiske mil vest for Ferin Head, utanfor vestkysten av Graham Land. Øya vart kartlagd og namngjeven av British Graham Land Expedition, 1934–37, under Rymill.[1]
