Pillow Rock er eit skjer som ligg heilt aust på Hauge Reef, 3,6 km vest for Cape Darnley på Sør-Georgia. Det fekk dette namnet etter det geologiske arbeidet til British Antarctic Survey (BAS) i 1975–76, frå putelava som utgjer skjeret.
