Pollux Rock er den sørlege av to klipper sør for Vindication Island i Sør-Sandwichøyane. Denne klippa vart i lag med naboen Castor Rock kalla «Castor and Pollux» under landmålinga av desse øyane frå RRS «Discovery II» i 1930. I 1971 tilrådde UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee (UK-APC) at dei fekk kvart sitt namn, og det sørlege vart då Pollux Rock og det nordlege Castor Rock.
