Clements Island (Antarktis)

Clements Island er ei øy som er 1 nautiske mil lang og som ligg like sør for Rabot Island i Biscoe Islands. Den franske antarktisekspedisjonen, 1903–05, under Jean-Baptiste Charcot, gav ho namnet Ile Clements Markham etter Sir Clements Markham, president i Royal Geographical Society, 1893–1905. Charcot nytta dette namnet om ei øy som ikkje var ferdig kartlagd nordaust for Renaud Island, i det som i dag er Pitt Islands. Det noverande namnet er basert på eit kart av British Graham Land Expedition, 1934–37, som kartla området meir nøyaktig.
