Cliff Island er ei smal, klipperik øy på sørsida av Mutton Cove, som ligg like sør for Upper Island og 8 nautiske mil vest for Prospect Point, utanfor vestkysten av Graham Land. Ho vart kartlagd og namngjeven av British Graham Land Expedition under Rymill, 1934–37.[1]
