Upper Island er ei smal øy ved nordsida av Mutton Cove i Antartkis, som ligg mellom Cliff og Harp Island og 13 km vest for Prospect Point, utanfor vestkysten av Graham Land. Øya vart kartlagd og namngjeven av British Graham Land Expedition (BGLE), 1934–37, under John Rymill.
