Filchner Rocks er ei gruppe skjer, somme av dei grunner, 7,5 km nordaust for Cape Vahsel, utanfor austenden av Sør-Georgia. Skjera vart rapportert i 1775 av ein britisk ekspedisjon under James Cook. Dei vart kartlagte av Den andre tyske antarktisekspedisjonen i 1911–12 og kalla opp etter dr. Wilhelm Filchner, leiaren for ekspedisjonen.[1]
