Robert Stanley Whitlock (fødd 18. mars 1948) er ein USA-amerikansk songar, låtskrivar og musikar. Han er mest kjend som medlem av bluesrockbandet Derek and the Dominos med Eric Clapton i 1970 og 1971. Karrieren til Whitlock byrja med Memphis soul-artistar som Sam & Dave og Booker T. & the M.G.'s før han vart med i Delaney & Bonnie and Friends i 1968. Dette førte til at Whitlock deltok på innspelinga av George Harrison-albumet All Things Must Pass i London i 1970 og at Clapton tok han med i Derek and the Dominos. På det einaste albumet til bandet, det kritikarroste Layla and Other Assorted Love Songs, skreiv Whitlock eller var medlåtskrivar på, sju av fjorten songar på albumet, inkludert «Tell the Truth», «Anyday» og «Why Does Love Got to Be So Sad?»

Whitlock spelte inn fire soloalbum i 1970-åra, mellom andre Bobby Whitlock og Raw Velvet, og spelte på album av Clapton, John Lennon, Dr. John og The Rolling Stones.
