Inner Lee Island er ei lita øy 130 meter nord-nordaust for Luck Point, som ligg i Bay of Isles i Sør-Georgia. Denne øya vart kartlagd i 1912–13 av Robert Cushman Murphy, ein amerikanske naturalist ombord på briggen «Daisy», som rekna denne øya til ei av to øyar han kalla Lee Islands. Øyane vart kartlagde på ny i 1929-1930 av eit lag frå Discovery Investigations, som namngav den sørvestlege av dei to Inner Lee Island. Den nordaustlege øya heiter Outer Lee Island.[1][2]
