County Louth (irsk Contae Lú) er eit grevskap i Republikken Irland aust på Irland i provinsen Leinster.

County Louth grensar til Armagh i Nord-Irland i nord, Monaghan i vest, Meath i sør og Irskesjøen i aust.

Administrasjonssenteret i grevskapet er Dundalk, som òg er den største byen. Størsteparten av innbyggjarane bur anten i Dundalk eller Drogheda. Med forstader er Drogheda så vidt større enn Dundalk.

County Louth er det minste grevskapet på Irland med eit areal på berre 821 km². Derfor vert det stundom kalla «the Wee County» (Det bitte litle grevskapet).
