From the Cradle er eit bluescoveralbum av Eric Clapton frå 1994. I følgje teksten på omslaget er det ei direkte innspeling utan ekstra lydspor eller klipping, bortsett frå dobroen på «How Long Blues» og trommene på «Motherless Child».

Sjølv om Clapton lenge hadde hatt ein kjærleik for blues, var From the Cradle det første forsøket hans på eit heilt album med berre blues. Han spelte sidan inn Riding with the King med B. B. King, ei hyllest til Robert Johnson, Me and Mr. Johnson, og eit samarbeid med J. J. Cale, The Road to Escondido.

Albumet gjekk heilt til topps på den amerikanske albumlista, medan det i Noreg nådde fjerdeplass.
