Lawrence Elliott Willis (20. desember 1940–29. september 2019) var ein USA-amerikansk jazzpianist og komponist. Han har spelt innan mange forskjellige stilartar, inkludert jazzfusion, afrokubansk jazz, bebop og avantgarde.

Tidleg i karrieren spelte han fast med Jackie McLean og har sidan spelt med ei rekkje artistar, mellom anna klaverinstrument for Blood, Sweat & Tears (frå 1972). Han spelte i fleire år piano for Nat Adderley og Woody Shaw, og var i lange periodar med Roy Hargrove og Jerry Gonzalez. Seinare har han spelt med Paul Murphy og Hugh Masekela.
