East Ayrshire (låglandsskotsk Cooncil o Aest Ayrshire, skotsk-gælisk Siorrachd Inbhir Àir an Ear) er ein av 32 regionar i Skottland. Han grensar til North Ayrshire, East Renfrewshire, South Lanarkshire, South Ayrshire og Dumfries and Galloway. Med South Ayrshire og dei tidlegare fastlandsområda i North Ayrshire, danna regionen det tidlegare grevskapet Ayrshire.
Regionen vart danna i 1996 av dei tidlegare distrikta Kilmarnock og Loudoun og Cumnock og Doon Valley. Kilmarnock er den største byen i East Ayrshire.
