Dumfries and Galloway (låglandsskotsk Cooncil o Dumfries an Gallowa; skotsk-gælisk Siorrachd Dùn Phris agus an Gall-Ghaidhealaibh) er ein av 32 regionar i Skottland.
Han grensar til South Ayrshire, East Ayrshire og South Lanarkshire i nord, Borders i aust og Cumbria i England i sør. Det ligg nord for Solway Firth og aust for Irskesjøen. Regionen er kjend for dei mange kunstnarane og forfattarane.
