South Ayrshire (låglandsskotsk Cooncil o Sooth Ayrshire; skotsk-gælisk Siorrachd Inbhir Àir a Deas) er ein av 32 regionar i Skottland, og dekkjer den sørlege delen av Ayrshire. Han grensar til East Ayrshire, North Ayrshire og Dumfries and Galloway.
Regionen vart oppretta i 1996 og er ein direkte etterfølgjar av distriktet Kyle and Carrick.
