Dylan & the Dead er eit konsertalbum av Bob Dylan og Grateful Dead som kom ut i 1989 på Columbia Records. Det består av sju songar skriven og sungen av Dylan, med Grateful Dead som akkompagnement. Albumet vart produsert av Jerry Garcia og John Cutler.
Dylan & the Dead vart spelt inn i 1987 under ein suksessfull stadionturne med same nan. Under konsertane spelte the Grateful Dead to sett av sine eigne songar, etterfølgd av eit sett av Bob Dylan.
Albumet selde bra og nådde 37. plass i USA, 38. plass i Storbritannia og 16. plass i Noreg. Trass i at det selde bra, fekk albumet dårleg kritikk.
