Bob Dylan at Budokan er eit konsertalbum av Bob Dylan frå 1979 (1978 i Japan) av Columbia Records.

Albumet består hovudsakleg av dei mest kjende songane hans med radikalt forskjellige arrangement samanlikna med originalane. Dylan hadde med seg dei same musikarane som spelte inn Street-Legal. Med seg hadde han eit stort band med blåsarar og korsongarar.

Songane vart spelt inn under to forskjellige konsertar den 28. februar og 1. mars 1978. Albumet fekk nokre av dei dårlegaste meldingane i heile karrieren til Dylan og kritikarane var hovudsakleg misnøgd med arrangementet, som dei fann var for glatt og sterilt. Magasinet Rolling Stone samanlikna dei nye arrangementa med Las Vegas-musikk.

Bob Dylan at Budokan nådde 13. plass i USA og selde til platina her, medan det i Storbritannia nådde 4. plass. I Noreg nådde albumet 2. plass.
