Ernest James Watts (fødd 23. oktober 1945) er ein USA-amerikansk jazz- og rhythm and blues-saksofonist som speler sopran-, alt- og tenorsaksofon. Han har arbeidd med Charlie Haden's Quartet West og turnert med The Rolling Stones. På Frank Zappa-albumet The Grand Wazoo spelte han «Mystery Horn», ein type rett saksofon. Han spelte det kjende saksofonriffet på «The One You Love» av Glenn Frey.
