«Boys Keep Swinging» er ein song av den engelske musikaren David Bowie. Han vart gjeven ut som den første singelen frå albumet Lodger den 27. april 1979.

Under innspelinga av Lodger ønskte Bowie å fange stilen til garage-band for denne songen, og fann ut at den beste måten å få det til på var om bandet bytta instrument. Gitarist Carlos Alomar spelte derfor trommer og trommeslagar Dennis Davis spelte bass. Det endelege resultatet gav ei kjensle av post punk.

«Boys Keep Swinging» har nøyaktig same akkordsekvens som «Fantastic Voyage» frå same albumet og B-side til singelen. Den djupe stemma til Bowie er ein satire over mannlegdom og teksten blander skildringar av mannlege privilegium og homoerotikk, som til dømes «When you're a boy, other boys check you out». Då dette vart kombinert med ein video regissert av David Mallet, med ein Bowie i dress og tre korvokalistar som viser seg å vere dragartsitar, valte RCA å ikkje gje ut singelen i USA, og valte i staden «Look Back in Anger». Bowie framførte songen på Saturday Night Live i april 1979, i lag med Klaus Nomi som korvokalist (NBC sensurerte då linja «other boys check you out»).

Songen nådde 7. plass i Storbritannia og var første gongen Bowie nådde Topp 10 på singellista der sidan «Sound and Vision» i februar 1977. Songen har berre vorte spelt på ein av turneane til Bowie så langt, Outside-turneen i 1995.
