The Best of David Bowie 1969/1974 er eit samlealbum av den engelske musikaren David Bowie, utgjeve av EMI i 1997. Den amerikanske utgjevinga av albumet vart fjerna frå butikkane på grunn av fleire småfeil i tilskrivingar på plateomslaget. Det vart gjeve ut på ny på EMI-CAPITOL Entertainment Properties året etter (1998) i USA med nytt plateomslag og rett informasjon.[6][7] Dette albumet vart òg inkludert som den første plata av samlinga The Platinum Collection (2005/2006).

Albumet inneheld tre sjeldne spor. Desse er «John, I'm Only Dancing» (Sax version) – spelt inn under innspelinga av Aladdin Sane; «The Prettiest Star» (Marc Bolan stereoversjon) – den originale singelen frå 1970 med Marc Bolan på sologitar; og «All the Young Dudes (studioversjon)» – den originale studioutgåva til Bowie frå 1973.
